PremiumLands Corporation (PLC) is a real estate company that pioneers developments in high-potential locations across the country, under the Premium Infinite Ventures Inc. (PIVI) Group. PLC began its journey with the acquisition of The Mondrian office building in Makati City, followed by its own maiden development within the same prime location, PIVI Tower, as well as Market Mall in Ormoc City.
